    I'm interested in seeing how the Cipher crossover works, and naturally whether or not it gets localized. I'm also interested in what the story maps might add. I'm just hoping the rest of Set 3 isn't "recruit all of these dead people who survived their incredibly gruesome fates" like Awakening's spotpass maps (except even worse since those were at least free), and that we might at least get a couple neat DLC classes out of it, since historically those have been pretty neat.

    I'm also lowkey hoping for Shizas.

    We're probably never seeing Shizas again :(

    I really loved the looking down at the enemy style portrait, made it seem like the users of the portrait were tall and proud.

    Anyway, I can only say Seazas is guarding the borders between Heaven and Hell in the afterlife

    I think I saw some unused, unused stuff from Gaiden as well...

    Does that mean he was considered to be in the game but got the boot oooorr....

    Personally, Faye as a character seems like she is set up to be a foil to Celica. Where Celica is sensitive and empathetic, Faye is aloof and indifferent. Where Celica had her own goals that is different from Alm, Faye's goal is whatever Alm's goal is. Where Celica is willing to argue with Alm when she feels that he is crossing the line, Faye is willing to do whatever to get his attention.

    In a way, Alm x Faye's horrible support kinda works because it demonstrates why she is a poor partner for Alm. It's just Faye wanting Alm's attention where Alm simply admires her energy. They have no chemistry whatsoever.

    Honestly, if Faye could support another character, I would wish for it to be Tobin so that they both can be stuck in the forever alone club together.

    Well, SoV doesn't exactly seem "well-written" as much as "very average". Yeah, it's gonna blow Awakening and Fates out of the water, but it's nothing spectacular and his its own issues. And really, exchange "one-note" with "flat" and you've got many of the playable cast in not only SoV, but most other FE games.

    Yet the characters in Echoes are showing more personality and have more than just some gimmick and that's it.
