Probably not happening, but I'd love to see Leif, Lukas or Nino being part of the banner.
Also I bet whoever is wearing that witch hat is F!Corrin... making this her third version in Fire Emblem: Heroes, if that is correct.

Genealogy of the Holy War and/or Thracia 776, please. With SoV being released in America, the only games most people in the west seem to not know much about are the Jugdral games, and I think remaking them would boost their popularity quite a bit. Not just for that reason, but I think they have several strange and dated design choices, such as the Love System in FE4 and some of those bullshit bosses in FE5.
I'd say FE7 (and 6) too, but I'd be way more interested in seeing the Jugdral games get the Echoes treatment first.

I'd choose Corrin without thinking twice, honestly, for flaws others already pointed out.
However, my second pick would be... Marth. I really like Marth, but his writing is all over the place. I adore his writing in Shadow Dragon as the heroic prince carrying an enormous burden and learning the cruelties of war, but still a capable man who's fighting to end said war. But then New Mystery of the Emblem happens, which is an overall great game, but it turns Marth into a naive prince, as if his development from Shadow Dragon didn't happen at all.
I'm not sure if this is the result of translation issues, since NMotE was translated by fans, but the inconsistency of Marth's personality in between these two games bothers me a lot.
I'm also not very fond of Post-Act IV Celica in SoV, for obvious reasons.

I'm on the majority here that would recommend Awakening for first time players.
However, if I were to give other options, I'd say Rekka no Ken and Sacred Stones are good games for beginners, too. Rekka no Ken keeps things simple for the most part and explains its mechanics decently, and has one of the most appealing rosters in the franchise in my opinion. Sacred Stones is also very, very easy depending on your choices, and the reclassing system only makes it more of a cake walk.
I'd also classify Path of Radiance as a decent introduction, but that just may be my bias since it was my first game in the series.
tl;dr Awakening is the best one for starters, but FE7 and 8 are also decent entries to start with IMO.

I'm excited to play as Minerva the most honestly, as she's probably my favorite character from the Archanea games.
But I'm also looking forward to how Olivia and Azura play, especially Azura since she's an infantry lance user (Oboro is too, but I bet she'll play more closely to other lance users from the Musou series).

I have many I could list, but I think I can limit my list to at least three picks.
Congregation of Ambition from FE9
The Scions' Dance In Purgatory from FE15
... and as some sort of extra, Omen (Intro Theme) from FE15.

Senri Kita or Hidari would be my top picks, their works are some of the best in the main titles. I'd also pick Mayumi Hirota from FE5, but she's currently working on Vestaria Saga with Kaga.
And this may come off as weird (and biased), but I'd love to see mayo work on a main title one day, I love their Cipher and Heroes pieces... and their art in general, honestly.
Things you don't like about your favorite games.
