[more supports in FE8]

so i'm starting fe8 for the first time in years with the restoration queen patch and... i've been looking at nightmare modules etc. and wondering  if there's a way to make more supports available? not more supports between characters but the ability to access more than 5 supports per unit

Is it possible to change what weapons a unit/class can access using Nightmare modules? For example, allowing Tethys to use swords.

I'm afraid the download link for the FE8 version of the patch doesn't work anymore, if its possible to fix that...
