For the most part, yes. When the game was still alive, many people would buy multiple boxes every time a new set was out, so N/HN cards were very common and it wasn't worth the hassle to list them. Even though I sold/traded most of my R/SR/SR+ singles already, I still have 8000+ N/HN cards stored in a box at home and a detailed spreadsheet of everything I have if someone needs some to build decks or for collection purposes.
I also have the complete B01-B22 collection (N/HN/R/SR/HR) if someone ever manifested an interest for the whole lot.

Hello again guys, I'm putting up for sale some of the R+/SR+/PR I have left, as I gave up on my goal to acquire all R+/SR+ in the game (was only missing ~35 total). With Cipher ending and some of the cards become harder to come by, I figured posting what I have left may help some people out.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I would never buy single booster packs for FE Cipher. Because of the fixed distribution in each box (latest sets usually have 4x SR + 1x HR/SR+), it's way too easy for someone to open a box and get all the SR/HR/SR+ within the first ~12 packs. When you know the remaining 4 packs only contains R cards, then you can safely sell those loose packs for a good price, while knowing the buyer has no shot at something valuable.
Legit stores probably have better "ethics" in that regard, but I would completely avoid obscure resellers/eBay because of this ^^. -

One other interesting thing to note is that Caeda and Mamori have their names in red boxes, which might mean they're both going to be Red cards in B22. That obviously would make sense for Caeda (even though with all those other fliers, I figured there's a chance she could be Colorless like Cain/Abel), but I previously thought Mamori would be RedBlue like Itsuki. The magazine may have just picked red for convenience over making a box with both colors, but if Mamori isn't RedBlue, we might be looking at either more Mirage characters than I thought or very few RedBlue overall.

And yeah, Mamori's previous cards in B04 were all Red, so I guess it makes sense that she's still Red in B22 🙂 -

Yeah older set boxes are a bit tougher to find, but I see some B11 boxes up on eBay and Amazon.co.jp, so you shouldn't have too much trouble to get ahold of one.
If you do grab one, hopefully you pull SR+ Lute or SR+ Delthea... instead of the SR+ Lianna and SR+ Rowan I got haha

Yeah the two Micaiah were definitely nice. I even used one of them as a bargaining chip to acquire a B20 SR+ Corrin (F), so she served her purpose well as a dupe 🙂
Good luck with your pulls with your B22 box(es)! They seem to be going with an all-star lineup in October, so hopefully you pull a great SR+!

I've pulled 26x SR+ out of 83 boxes so far, which is a bit better than the expected 1 in 4 boxes odds. My best pulls so far were:
B12: 2x SR+ in 5 boxes => SR+ Ike, SR+ Ishtar
B13: 3x SR+ in 6 boxes => SR+ Lyn, SR+ Marth, SR+ Hector
B16: 2x SR+ in 5 boxes => SR+ Lilina, SR+ Sanaki
B17: 2x SR+ in 5 boxes => SR+ Deirdre, SR+ Soren
B18: 2x SR+ in 5 boxes => SR+ Edelgard, SR+ Tharja
B20: 2x SR+ in 5 boxes => 2x SR+ Micaiah
B21: 2x SR+ in 5 boxes => SR+ Dimitri, SR+ PeonyB16 SR+ Lilina and B21 SR+ Dimitri are the two most valuable pulls, but most of the above were pretty good pulls nonetheless!
@JJVM99If you really did pull 4x SR+ in 6 total boxes, that's crazy luck! Congrats!
