Which is the case with brave bow archers
True and you are right some units like legendary hector just have an easier time than characters like odin (neither are bad)

I feel like tier lists can limit units for example Eliwood, I thought, he seems bad on the tier list but is honestly in my opinion very powerful.

Do you think they will allow normal Marth to wield the Exalted Falchion (and maybe hector and thunder armads)

Bridal Sanaki - While she isn't fast for an offense unit, her speed is somewhat capable of denying doubles. Particularly when her special owl is taken into account. Her tome has a built in +3 attack and she can easily enough get another 6 from nearby allies. As an EP unit and designated mage counter she can function well enough. But that role alone isn't exactly great. She can not easily attack dc units due to her 51 physical bulk. Still she is tied with Elise for highest green tome atk. She is 3rd in RES behind Henry and Deirdre. As a flying a unit she can easily position for her tome. Personally I find her better than LA!Lilina, but she hasn't displaced my other high tier green tomes. So lets say 7.5/10.
