Aside from the catalyst/spell bug, it's totally fine. Really well-made, in fact! They really are back to their DeS glory days. DEX guys can't just trade with them and expect to outdamage them like they used to. It's kinda funny, actually.

It's only easy because most people are watching others play the Xbone version, which is the "press release" version that was made easier for the people playing the demos. The actual Japanese version is more challenging, although FUGS kinda destroys PvE right now.

so it turns out catalysts are bugged and for some reason give the bonuses to your scaling when you increase the stat it DOESN'T use For example, Logan's Catalyst, which has S scaling in INT, gets a scaling bonus from FAI instead. It's no wonder my spells are doing horrible damage.

overall mediocre damage output everything except for the Soul Arrow family suffers from either: >crap damage >crap tracking >too much FP consumption compared to damage dealt Also, the FP system in general is a big nerf to Sorceries in a way. You have to sacrifice some estus flask uses in order to be able to cast them consistently throughout the game. The locales in DaSIII are large, too, so if you're playing a magic-based build, then you're pretty much forced to at least carry a couple ashen flasks.

Sorcerer isn't that bad, it just has a rough start. I think it was made worse by the fact that I had absolutely no idea where to find the sorcery vendor. lol

nah I think the latter half of dasi sucks too also the covenants are dumb but I could point out tons of flaws in all the games tbh I'm just a fanboy for the series in general, not just one particular installment
