About Rhea... a Tome of spoilers is required. You can see who she truly is if you side with Edelgard. Or she would tell you a bit about the past if you side with Claude.

I decided to do each house run without recruiting from the other houses (as to keep original allegiances). I have reached the war part and in the story the alliance is

Divided into 2 groups: One lead by Claude, and the other lead by Lorenz.

 

Did you happen to recruit Lorenz in your playthrough?

If so, who leads the pro empire side of the alliance? 

 

[There is a 4th Route]

I dont think that the 4th path will be a Black Eagles branch specifically; after portraying every house as equal to the others. This would favor the Black Eagles. I think that every House will have Path A and Path B will be common for all three houses. Path B will be a unification path. How many of us, given the chance, would spare opponents and lords of the other Houses?

 

The game is titled "Fire Emblem: Three Houses", not "Fire Emblem: Black Eagles and the other two"
