Was looking on other forums right, and I found people talking about a "new trainer". Apparently she was an unused character, and was planned to be in a relationship with Green (male).
Her name is Cyan. People are saying that she was meant to be introduced in Firered & Leafgreen as a female Rival for Blue (Leaf) but was changed to keep the rival as Green.
