Got my copy today was experimenting with it a bit.
What I haven't found out is that, is it possible to load one of your save files while you're playing, or is there a way to return to the title screen with having to close the game?
I remember the 3DS entries having a button combination to soft-reset the game so that you could go back to the title screen, is something like this possible as well?

Before I knew of the timeskip I would've chosen Black Eagles for sure, now I have no preference in one of the lords whatsoever. So I'm undecided for now, but the Golden Deers have the most characters in it that I'm interested in currently.

Overclasses don't break it by much though. I tested it with my Mathilda (who had max stats in almost everything). Her stat caps in her overclass are
ATK 41, TEC 41, SPD 42, LUC 43, DEF 41. HP stayed the same at 52.
Also Gold Knights overclass has a Movement of 10 (lol). Celica gets a new spell which should be Aura and Alm gets Bow Range +1.

Well this is a pleasant surprise, I honestly did not expect us to be getting that DLC. Now I'm curious to see what their redesigns (if they get one) will look like.

I'll probably give it to Tatiana, she can use those extra levels to gain some stats, especially luck and defense.

Put 3 hours in, liking it so far. It'll probably take me some time to get used to the lower growth rates, we really got spoiled with those in the last two games. Although Tobin's level up quote we he only gets one increase is hilarious.
What I don't like however is (unless I failed to see it) that you can't save in battles anymore. Even on casual mode the only option is to suspend save. The retreat option does come in handy though, even if you have to wait 3 turns to use it.

Sure I can keep him in when I change my lineup soon. Do you know that you can get more than one skill per day? If not here's how it works;
Step 1. Find a castle you want skills from.
Step 2: Save in the preparation screen.
Step 3. Seize the castle and take whatever skill you want.
Step 4: When given the option to save, save in a different slot.
Step 5: Soft-Reset the game and reload the save from Step 2.
Step 6: Repeat steps 3-5 until you got all the skills you want from that castle.
Any unit you buy a skill for will automatically be added to the logbook, then you can buy the other skills via your assistant.

I hope someone can confirm this, but when checked if there were new maps available, it dowloaded an update. And to my suprise, I am able to play Lost Bloodlines 3 now.

Beat it today, I must say I'm really impressed with what they did. There are some minor things I don't like, for example not having 100% Hit or that most of the S-Rank Weapons/Tomes can't double. It actually was quite challenging too, guess this shows how easy the original was haha. Btw anyone know how to get the 2 treasure chests, in the back, in chapter 20?

Neither of those include the optional English patch. Does anyone have the version which includes the English menu and character text? The most recent version in my archive is 0871, and that's the last known back-up before the uploader switched from v2 to v3 :(
EDIT: A kind member has given me the game in question. I've went ahead and created a patch for others who would like English text in their FE Girls hack :) Remember, apply it to a Japanese version of the game!

EDIT: Apply it directly to an unpatched Japanese ROM. Unlike the original combo, this patch includes both the FE Girls edits and the English text together. Before they were separated. So don't go patching over an already existing hack! Unless you want to see what randomly conflicting data can do :L

I know they like to put in references from the old games into the emblem paralogues, I just did Sigurd's and I gotta ask, since I haven't played Genealogy,
Is there a reason why a unit on the bottom left is so blatantly OP? Literally has maxed out stats in almost everything, took me long time figuring out how to beat it.
