  1. Magnetism. They have a small, yet powerful magnet attached to their hand to correspond with the unnoticeable magnet crafted into the javelin/axe. They throw the axe/javelin at their target, then hover their hand over their supply. The closest weapon is then attracted to the magnet attached to their hand and quickly flies upward again, almost like magic.

Of course, there have been incidents when a stray javelin has accidentally ended some kingdom's golden age by striking down their emperor on it's way back, but that's only once every millenia or so. Also, there have been rumors of some unknown villian using said magnets as a way to take over the world, but it's only rumors. The population is "POLARIZED", so to speak, about this possibility. The kingdoms of Elibe are going to take a "POLL" about this and decide what to do. With the "MAGNETIC" personalities of the lords and ladies, it could possibly take awhile.

  2. Jan had a pendant for Nino that belonged to her family. So the research was for real. Plus, he is rather open about his own cowardice.

But yeah, I guess he did research her later on.

Anyway, chances are Sonia was simply designed with a female body and an expressive personality specifically for stuff like this.

Heck, Nergal had a Morph that existed for he sole purpose of repeating the same line over and over.

Not sure who could possibly trust her face, though.

I'm sure Brendan wasn't looking at her face, probably more at her... well, anyway, I think that

Denning proves Tenda's theory that morphs only have something if they need it for their mission. What I mean by that is this: Denning didn't need anything other then that one line of text.

  3. If you want to code the events that trigger their auto-promoting at level 10, it's quite difficult and requires some complicated ASM.

If not, just play around with the promotion module in Nightmare and you should get where you want quickly.

Well, I'd better start practicing I suppose. Or I could look into the Nightmare module. Either way, thanks for answering!

  4. No he didn't trust her.

Jan says at the end of E26x that Brendan "never trusted her fully" and had spies research her past.

But apparently he couldn't wait to marry until that was done. That behavior makes no sense.

I think he was "looking for love in all the wrong places". xD I think that's more bad writing then anything else there. Or perhaps, "Uncle Jan", who pretty much defines minor character, was trying to draw attention away from his cowardice? In any event, I doubt he mistrusted her at the start. He most likely grew suspicious as time wore on, I assume.
