For Wi-fi, Minerva and Marth are not good investments. Dolph's a good choice but the General class isn't very good. You need Brave weapons and the classes with the best SPD caps (or overly abused Paladin) to put up a good fight.

Brave weapons are bought in the game's online shop, look at the Shadow Dragon page on SF for info on that. As for building a new good team, a playthrough where you don't reclass isn't a good idea for that because the best characters overall are usually locked to Cavalier/Paladin. They are, but they need defense to be really high like 30 since they're double attacked by speediest classes. That just means you went over the character limit for comments... I think.

Abel and Cain are good Paladins. Ogma is probably the best Hero, Barst might be the best Fighter, Dolph for best General, Catria for best Draco Knight.

Catria. Perhaps Palla. Palla would be the better candidate for Draco while Catria would be the better one for Falco.

If you abuse her STR and defense to grow high, yeah. Otherwise she'll usually just end up with low STR, HP and DEF. Forged Wing Spear is also very nice but there's a card that negates special effects. But if your opponent is using a Paladin or General without that card, Wing Spear would be amazing.

Which is why I recommend Catria instead. To get a good wi-fi team, you'll need to use the Arena too much.
