Well I've already done Barst, but instead of working on the face I chose the far east traveler one. Though I think Roger wouldn't be too hard, just choose short hair with a pink colouring and bit of fatness in the face (and very large build maybe). After that, he could probably wear either the steel knight set or iron Tarkus set and be limited to spears and bows.
