hmm i'm not sure if i should promote morgan to grandmaster, like myself, or use a second seal on him...

I'd say to go with whatever skills you're planning on giving him, like say, you wanted him to have Armsthrift, I'd say Second Seal him to Mercenary so you wouldn't have to demote him later on and then build up his stats all over again. If none of the base level skills matter, then I'd say promote him to Grandmaster just for Ignis and Rally Spectrum. Anyways, those are my thoughts.
