"Dragon Quest" guy is just a guess from me based on his clothing. I could be very wrong. I do agree the sword hilt is very Falchion like, but I'm not sure if they would have more than 1 game per reference. Well, not counting Mario and Luigi. They sorta go together.

It's a joke, but it's true that CBS claimed copyright on that video. You can see him rant about it on facebook. Since I have no clue how CBS work, here's a link to his facebook. The rant was posted yesterday. It's actually a rant about companies using sneaky tactics to take over other people's content and youtube not notifying the owner and not checking their facts. The video is 100% Fire Emblem. All of it came from the game.

So I got these pictures and a rant from my friend the Illiterate Scholar. He's the guy who does the Fire Emblem Retrospective. Says part 9 is coming soon. But what I want to share with you is that CBS now owns the rights to Fire Emblem.
Yeah that's right, the Illiterate Scholar got in trouble with copyright from CBS because of the Fire Emblem Awakening FMV video.

Come on, Samus and Mother are pretty obvious too. The Mr. Saturn doll is a dead give away. Not to mention the planet earth in Masa's background.

I'm actually not that picky. You should check out Rune Factory Frontier for the Wii. The voice acting is very solid. At worst the voices fit the character's image even in English.
I'd rather bad voice acting than none.If I had to choose between bad voice acting and no voice acting, I'd pick no voice acting.

Oh and I want to punch the FE9 Mist in the face whenever she opens her mouth.

On a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the ABSOLUTE WORST, what do the think the English dub will sound like? My guess is an 8. I'm excited and fearful to hear what these characters will sound like. The Japanese VA wasn't exactly top notch, but you know the dubs will probably be worse. In the Japanese version, voices can be super squeaky, whereas in the English dub, the girls can sound like they're being dubbed by dudes. The guys will probably be dubbed by 60-70 year old men.

Why bother changing his name if he is the same person/dragon? He didn't change his name after he was beaten by Anri, why do it now? This is why it's really bothering me. This change just makes 0 sense if they're the same character.

Does anyone know if the songs are actually in Latin or are they in jibberish? I can definitely hear Fire Emblem being said in the final battle song though.
