I honestly have no idea. I just saw the panel itself on Gelbooru and decided to colour it..then I figured it would make a nice signature. I like how it appears to be based on another of Tharja's attempt to have a more 'appealing' personality for Robin after trying to be 'normal'
Oh? You colored it yourself? That probably sounds more impressive to me than it probably is. :P
I figured it was based on that, but I was curious if it was from a fan comic/manga or something, because it looked cute, is all.
