    The title of this topic is a whole mood XD

    I always choose whoever feels right or which relationship would be most relevant to the story.  Among the characters that you listed...I would probably go with Flayn.  Like others have said, it's not too important gameplay speaking.  It just depends on who you like best 😉

    LOL y'all, why Alfonse and Sharena look like they stepped in a ring of mushrooms in the forest?

    For real though, this is an interesting new direction for Book 4.  I look forward to the story, but remember I was disappointed with how Book 3 played out.  It had so much potential, so I'll reserve judgement on the new story for now.

    Ah yes, quite right! Thank you for clarifying.  I still expected Chrom or Marth to show up for the men, so I suspect we'll see them...soon? Maybe next year? Lol.

    I know I'm really lame, but I get unreasonably excited for Feh Channels.  I'm a grown woman, and I love how Feh interacts with us Summoners.  It's so cute and fun...I think I'm regressing back to childhood under all the stress from school.  Someone please send help.

    Eliwood as #2 men's choice? Alm as #1? What is even going on???? Lol.  I love them both, but I'm shocked. 

    Women's results aren't surprising, though I thought Lucina was going to be a strong contender.  Disappointing that Camilla is a staff user, but ah well...

    I still say edelgards sounds more than just platonic. It is not as explicit as most of byleths paired endings, but it still implies alot. I think hers is a case of having to see her supports to see what direction it really goes in

     

    I understand what you mean, and I'm sure there will be lots of differing opinions in the fanbase in the future about the nature of certain supports.  Tbh, I'm just trying to be objective as I can about reading the Byleth/Lord endings, and I personally feel like that ending wouldn't be out of place between close friends. The kind of close you get after going through unspeakable hardships together.  In general, though, the whole situation is just bizarre to me and I'm so bamboozled. We need to see the content of each support!

    Not sure if this is quite right, the endings is relatively vague.  Also seems odd they'd allow it for two lords and not the other.  Maybe he can't be married but can be romanced? 

     

     

     

    Idk, I still feel like Edelgard's is more or less platonic as well. Frankly, I'm shocked that M!Byleth doesn't marry her, and that F!Byleth doesn't marry Claude.  At least, that's how it seems at the moment. Can you imagine going through the game blind, expecting the S rank marriage, and then reading that ending? 

    However, you could be right about romance without marriage.  It depends on the content of the S support, specifically, and I can see a few ways how that could play out.  This goes for various 'platonic' S supports and 'romantic' A supports that seem to be abounding.

    I assume that ending is the same regardless of which Byleth you choose. So M!Byleth would also have a “shaky” ending with Eldegard.

    I could be wrong though.

    I don't understand reading code, so I can't say for sure myself 😛 

    If that's the case, then I guess F!Byleth x Dimitri forever it is.  Oh, Nintendo, I don't think this was a good idea...platonic S supports and romantic A supports is a real mess

    Yes I saw that! But IMO that's shaky, at best.  I'm really confused with these endings, if that's everything.  Let's wait and see!

    I feel like the people that made the charts for IGN rushed through it and made these mistakes (not including Dimitri and Claude in the small chart for marriage, not pink highlighting Rhea and Sothis for female Byleth in the big chart, etc.).  Otherwise they're directly contradicting their own article.

    I don't mind not having S supports for any characters other than Byleth.  It's a little strange IMO to have some supports stop at B rank only, but I'll hold off judgement on that until the game releases.  Maybe having fewer and simpler supports will help with their overall quality and writing.

    FYI, there is a reviewer on Reddit who is currently answering some pre-time skip questions from the Golden Deer route.  Take caution in case there are spoilers, but do check it out if you're hungry, my dears.  It might be more useful for you to click on the poster's comments so you can see their answers thus far instead of all the questions that are pouring in.
