I don't see the advantage in waiting when you lose practice in the meanwhile - just my opinion, but I can't take normals serious. In addition I expect the hardcap to stay. Heh, but elo doesn't matter that much to me anyway - I want to get back to the ultimate troll elo and enjoy my support GP and full ap jungle Blitz. On eu-west at least the anxiety doesn't matter, flaming and insults are part of our culture.

Dragalge. Aegislash, Talonflame and Noivern are great, too - I like all 3, but the first two are overcentralizing (not op imo) and the special flying moves ruin Noivern for me. Avalugg is also interesting, but Dragalge's unique typing and style win me over.

Well, I certainly hope so - got a 31/x/31/31/31/31 female Riolu from breeding with Vacuum wave and physical egg moves. I think the only "problem" is Lucario skipping Aura Sphere (it learns the move at level 42) - you'd have to use a Heart Scale to learn it.

Why do people breed Nasty Plot to Riolu? Doesn't he learn it at level 47 anyway?
