SR+ Elise goes around 4000 yen and SR+ Leo goes for roughly 3000, make sure you get an equal value trade.
Thanks! Btw, do you have any references for where you can easily check this kind of information in real time? I've found that SF is kind enough to volunteer this kind of information for fair trades*, but it would be nice to be able to check these things myself.

With regard to splitting the game up, I could rant for 30 minutes about how abusive a practice that is, and why it's a bad idea from a monetary perspective in the long run because it tarnishes your image. However, i STRONGLY suspect that they are not going that way in the united states, for a few reasins. Firstly, they would have mentioned the fact in the american direct. Secondly, nintendo has been known to remove questionable dlc in american releases before. When they localised bravely default, some items and alternate costumes that were only avalible with the purchase of other products (also a very scammy practice) were made available in game (and yes, it was actually a nintendo team who did the localization on that one). They probably figured that they can get away with it fine in japan, but not in the united states or europe. "scammy dlc" might be hated a lot less in japan. (although i wouldn't know.)
Entirely possible. We have a tradition here of having major story-altering choices in games as just, well, part of the game.

- You can buy either of the two versions in physical form from a store for 4700 yen (about $39) (before tax)
- You can also buy a digital version for 4700 yen in which you make the choice in the game. Since it's the same price I assume it locks you into the version you choose.
- You can then buy a DLC for 1852 yen (about $15) to play the other story.
- There's also a massive DLC in the works for a "Third Path", also priced at 1852 yen.
- There's also a limited edition bundle which includes both versions, the third path, and goodies, for 9250 yen (about $77).

Lecture: Chances are, if you want one really specific fic that caters to your specific favorite characters/pairings/themes and is exactly as long as you want and is seen through to the finish, you'll probably have to do it yourself. All writers write about their specific favorite characters/pairings/themes and they have their own sensibilities about appropriate length and their own priorities in terms of what gets finished. It's fairly unlikely in a fandom of this size for someone else to happen to want to write the exact fic you want.
Recommendation: While not exactly what you've been asking for, the "dark" tactician story that Cymbalina mentions might be to your liking. It's technically a one-shot, but at over 6000 words it'll keep you busy for a bit. It takes a bunch of tactician fic cliches and mixes them around in a weird way.
FWIW I think a lot of what "good" fic means has to do with taste. That dark tactician fic author's other work involves a lot of feminist stuff and questions about relationships and probably isn't what you want, but that one fic is more about secrets and superpowers and seems to appeal to a lot of people (and has absolutely nothing to do with feminism).
EDIT: Although this one's entire point is basically "people die if they are killed" so idk maybe it's relevant to your interests. I think it's dull.

idk about that; once they did a post talking about Lex's "you little player you" line in the FE4 fan translation, in which they acted as if Lex was literally calling Azel a player as opposed to it being the sarcastic teasing about his crush on Aideen it was so very obviously meant to be
that's like failing to notice being hosed in the face, but then again, i'm not totally sure the Tumblr FE fandom actually understands that humour is a thing that exists
Hey, I just answer the questions I get. Apparently someone out there thought it was ambiguous.
Fwiw some colloquial jokes-in-localization like Levin's (and Henry's) shrink have pretty weird implications about the world unless you're willing to go "ok so the writers were being funny and this line is totally anachronistic but tacitly doesn't count by merits of being funny."
I'm actually mildly baffled at why everyone cares so much about Naga's gender.
