Sorry Elie I had narrowed scum down to you/scorri after the self-watch and I totally would've lynched you before I lynched scorri had I been playing :V Also I thought Shin and Raymond were obvtown pretty early on, idk why their wagons blew up that way. My scumreads were pretty bad for D1 and D2 though.

You can always just be Marth and be in the M-team with Manix and Mitsuki or something.

hello i'f never played mafia before can i be the mafia plz (´･ω･`) (Reading papers all day gets tiring really fast so I check the forums really often these days, if someone needs a mentor hydra I can do it)

My mafia win rate is literally 0% so far :V My scumteam in Healer was cool. I'd be fine with most people, if given a choice I'd probably say some combination of Kaoz/SB/Polaris/Rawr, although I can't imagine Rawr and Kaoz in the same scumteam, lol.

You've read several times more games I've played in than everybody else though, so obviously you're going to be better at reading me than most/all other players in SF. It's more of a matter of no longer getting over half the game to townread me immediately like in my first games, and getting more close-to-lynch experiences which are just really stressful. Also bear I thought you did pretty cool in ITTD, you just really need to post more content and/or more often so that people don't suspect that you're just lurking through the game.

Tbh I also skip a lot of Eury's posts when I'm spectating. Quote + bold response format is very uncomfortable to follow and having quotefights rarely gets anywhere other than making people not want to read them unless it's far into the game and LyLo warrants that kind of depth. Strengths: Tryhard. Spending all of the time in mafia. Somewhat learned to be to-the-point (my first post in MotKmafia was retardedly long and I spent my second game spamming walls in D1), good D1 hard town reads and occasionally good scumreads. Decent at moving the game along and preventing stagnation. Weaknesses: Dying by N2, 100% pro reaction testing (read: being dumb), not very good at using night actions, got significantly worse at looking town as town.

It's been forever since I read that game and I still remember.

Kaoz so I don't get murdered N1 and probably Refa/BT because I don't appear to get good reads on them until later into the game. There's other people I like playing with and I generally like reading their posts, like SB and Prims, but I don't think I have trouble reading them to the point where I have to wish for them to be on my team, having to figure out their alignment if they're town would be more fun than just being masons I guess. I also enjoy reading Bard's posts but I've never had a chance to play with him.

ITTD because it was the first game I've ever felt like my reads kicked ass and it felt really good. It's not like I could pick any other SF game anyway, I got busdrive-vigged in Healer, N1 killed in FE6 and had to replace out N1 in NOCers

Well I would say it kind of depends on the execution, I just find it risky in general. If there are few roles like that or just one and the point is to have them be negative utility by the way of driving town to setupspec into lynching them then it's bastard. If you're throwing several roles like that in at the same time like I recall happening in one of MotK's bigger games (I think it was Shadoweh hosting?) and town have a chance at finding out what's going on then I think it's fine.

When you deliberately lie to the players, the word of the mod should be the truth 100% of the time. Telling people they are a certain role/alignment when there is a hidden twist to their role that they are never told about is bastard. Similarly, throwing roles into a game like miller, cop-enabler, backup cop etc when there is no cop in the game and the roles are intended to be functional vanillas would be bastard. I think altered sanities would be fair game as long as there is a clear warning in the game rules that they may exist.

Ninja rolecop mayor. Okay not really. Scum dayvig would be interesting to pull off since I've rarely seen people get away with it. Watcher would be pretty cool as well.

Same Cops are lame for the most part because they're a no-loss power role for town unless there's a framer (which is very unlikely to make any difference) or altered sanities crap involved. Trackers can track somebody to the guy who died and it could've been a fruit vendor for all they know.
