This is only after the Changing Classes, after modification, multiple weapon proficiency status can be raised to S normally, and even if Cheat modifies multiple S, it will not drop from S to A. If you also want to change the previous Changing Classes, in 2C1A2 and 2C1A6 you can also change the original B5 to FB, both at the same time.
