Icon of Sin
Is Kurthnaga the only dragon (besides wyverns) that uses his wings for flying? His dad flies too.

Drayano
Her animated overworld sprite shows wings but she can't actually fly over things like Myrrh can iirc.
Killer Poleax
In RD, Mist's horse doesn't neigh when she activates Sol. Colossus and Sol with lances are the only masteries that send the enemy flying.

NoNameAtAll
I think Eclipse does too. Nope, it doesn't. Also, Eclipse with a Sword hits the enemy five times, while with a lance, it only hits four times. Edited February 12, 2009 by Shiva
luigi bros
The maps for FE7 ch 14 and FE6 ch 4 are almost completely identical. I thought the maps were identical. Or is it the terrain and weather that changes?
NoNameAtAll
Tower of Valni's final floor recycles FE6's Chapter 16x. I think Shadow Dragon's Chapter 24x does too.

Yeah it does but FE8's looks the least like the other two I think.

FE6: FE8: FE8's is smaller, but they follow a VERY similar structure. However, FE8's seems to promote rushing to the top, as seen due to the extra staircases. Edorian
I thought the maps were identical.Or is it the terrain and weather that changes? No they almost identical, but there are some minor differences mostly in the area where your units begin. Still it is supposed to be similar because it is the same place after all. Hibari
Nope, it doesn't. Also, Eclipse with a Sword hits the enemy five times, while with a lance, it only hits four times. Heh. So it doesn't. I must've been thinking about his critical.

Still it is supposed to be similar because it is the same place after all. FE6 and 7 have a lot of similar maps though. FE3 does the same thing between Book 1 and 2 with similar maps. In any case... FE6 Maps Chapter 4: Chapter 12x: Chapter 21: FE7 Maps Chapter 14 (Eliwood) Chapter 30 (Hector) Chapter 27 (Eliwood) There might be more, but those are a few examples of similarities (Or in one case, an almost direct rip). TheEnd
FE6 and 7 take part in the same world, and some battles happen in the same place. Perfectly acceptable. FE8 is just shamelessness, though. I did notice some familiar map designs when I was playing it.
Killer Poleax
RD Mist is the only cleric that can use swords. RD warriors can't use regular bows like warriors in other FEs. RD paladins can't use two weapon types until they promote Edited February 12, 2009 by KSFF2150
Herr Wozzeck
FE6 and 7 take part in the same world, and some battles happen in the same place. Perfectly acceptable. Actually, IIRC FE4 had almost all of the maps start from the last castle that the player conquered in the previous chapter. I actually think that it's quite possible to create a world map with only the battle maps that the game uses... Ϲharlie
I actually think that it's quite possible to create a world map with only the battle maps that the game uses... Someone actually tried doing that. The results were less than pretty, but not too bad for a bunch of game maps pasted together.
