Um, you forgot to visit Silesia Castle with Levin?

Holsety gives you the same stats bonus as Balmunk, but the tome's weight is 5. So just say that you lose 2 SPD bonus for 1~2 attack range.

Yeah, I thought that Levin would automatically talk to Rahna at the end of the chapter. I didn't know that there were events if a particular person visits a particular castle (other than seizing). The only time I saw that was in the final chapter.

My Levin had Corple as his son. He was already great with Elwind. I'm sure Holsety would've been awesome. I'll try Levin+Fury in my next playthrough though.

I'm sure you forgot about Leen/Laylea as well, then, because that's the only other instance that I can remember people needing to enter a castle to trigger a certain event with rewards.

As for Ishtar, I never had any problems with her. I used Aless+Mistoltin the first time, Altenna+Gae Bolg the second time, and Aless+Mistoltin again in the third time.

On turn 5 Blume sends out his daughter Ishtar, a Sage with the Tor Hammer. She leaves the map on turn 12, though, so you don't have to fight her yet if you don't want to.

You don't have to it's my playing style. You can also wait if you're not prepared to fight her.

It says on the website that the arch enemies weapons (the ballista class) are * ranked.
