Sylvia and Leen need to switch places with Patty. Patty's attire doesn't help out her looks. Tiltyu switches spots with Ethlin. Briggid needs to drop a tier. She is kind of hot in the TCG, but... then again, the same could be said of Hilda. Adean, on the other hand, is clearly top tier in both. Or uses a charm staff.
