Bohemund
Yea... this poll is pretty screwed up... I like homemade and since my mom's recipe cards always looked old, I'm going to go with "traditional."

Bohemund
In this case, what exactly is the difference of original an traditional? I am having trouble seeing one... this confusion is mostly based on your definition of said "original" cookies.

Bohemund
She's just being a smart ass, and you guys are so gullible you're falling for it, and she is no doubt giggling behind her monitor. Obviously! There is a difference in the terms original and traditional, but she doesn't seem to be using them that way. An original recipe is either the first which was ever made, or something you just made up out of creativity. Ex: the original recipe to made homemade chocolate chip cookies -OR- you're newly created gummy-bear peanut-butter cookies. Traditional is something that has been used for generations. A family's "secret" recipe for example. Edited February 13, 2009 by Bohemund
