It's level 27, and it's a Zebstrika. *imitates Zebstrika's cry* Knows that Drilbur doesn't get much of anything in terms of moves if caught in Wellspring Cave. Drillbur was the only Poke I level grinded, other than Axew, because I felt like it during the main game. Besides I play EO. Level grinding isn't much to me. Though a Palpitoad also works since it resists Zebstrika's Flame Charge. Will know most of my team at the time I faced Elesa was either weak against Flying and Fire or weak against Electric.
