General Spoon
I noticed this when I was trying to use a somewhat long url. The g in .jpg got cut off, and off course it was now an incorrect file extension. Is it supposed to cut off long urls?
Eltoshen
I believe it does. Especially when you use photobucket and links to pictures in subalbums.
Wist
This has always been the case, but I never thought to mention it as a problem because I've come into the habit of uploading avatars directly from my computer. I think it would be nice if longer URLs were permitted for linked to avatars (and personal display pictures if they suffer the same limitation), although I wouldn't know if this is something that can be changed.
