Sharlow and Corple both start out with it. Elite WILL NOT DOUBLE THE EXP GAINED FOR RESERVE. Corple will have Bargain, which cuts the price to fix the thing in half. It'll double the EXP of most other staves so he won't need to use the pricey ones like Corple does. So does Corple desite having Bargain.
