Part of me wants to try and use one of the act 2 mercs, but the idea of taking care of their health is such a turn off... You might prefer the Act 5 Offensive Mercs. Ancient's Call can work exactly like Conviction, except it's a war cry instead on an aura. It can even lower poison and magic resistance, but it won't lower defense rating. Project 64? How the hell do you crash Project 64? Honestly, with the exception of RE2 (Which gets it FAR worse on the other emulators), I've never actually seen Project64 crash... Yeah Diablo 2 is fun (not sure about the mod The End and Dio are playing but it's fun) I'm playing this mod mostly because of the shared and unlimited stash.
