Her breasts are smaller in the OA, but certainly not flat. B-cup, at the smallest, and Pokemon has always had a tendency to give girls small chests. Except Fantima, because god knows why. As for the overworld sprite, they're so super deformed that it's hard to make out anything, but you can definitely see cleavage on her Overworld sprite. That's something you see on no other overworld sprite in the series. I'd show what I mean, but I can't find a goddamn pic of that sprite that is of any good quality...
