In the last one I saw Hugo was in B+. 3rd best character of the game. He uses a lot of traps and annoying aerial attacks, but it can't kill you early without a spike. Which allows you to play the uncensored version: Blood, cutting people in half, and seeing Hibiki turning into a psychopath. The controls seems easier too. (My keyboard doesn't react the same when I play on FBA) Unless someone can prove me otherwise, and tell me how to turn the game to "uncensored" on FBA FBA online. MAME32k and Kawaks also have the option of enabling home version, and both have online capabilities. Though I don't think you can use home version while online with Kawaks. And then there's those that work with the keyboard notation, which really gets on my nerves. Argh, hate those. Holy hell, I hate those too. F2 Setting up the soft dip Slot 1 the Last Blade 2 Cruel Fight, turn that on for the uncensored version. I do remember that it can be done, but I can't remember exactly how. Also, I can't get Neo Geo games to run on FBA for whatever reason. I tried playing KoF with Rei Rei the other day, but failed miserably, even though nothing was wrong. Nvm, but what about home version?
