Keep in mind many women in Ukraine wish to have a better standard of life, even in another country. From what the article said, a quarter of the population lives in poverty. Sadly, women are usually more affected. Those activists are actually part of a group called FEMEN that want to help young women across the country to have a better standard of life. Great! :D You could also download the zip file and see them locally if you feel that's more convenient, but that doesn't included the latest two or so updates. (Though that isn't THAT big of an issue, since both Marthur's folder and my mirror are directory listings and you can organize them by upload time.)
