That's one thing I liked about Shining Force 2 and CD: the level ups were always reasonable, so I didn't have to worry about that. And I got to hear the battle theme for more than 5 seconds since Kyurem doesn't have the same catch rate as Reshiram/Zekrom. :P Thunder Wave + Flash + red HP made that possible for me to hear it on pretty much every legendary.
