_____
That flying gym after an electric-themed cave is quite lame, as well. Every gym is preceded by some sort of counter for it. It's not just that. 1st: Monkeys. 2nd: Fighting types right outside of the town. 3rd: Roggenrola and Woobat are nearby. 4th: The aforementioned crocs and toads. 5th: You can catch ice cream cones outside of the city. 6th: The cave. 7th: this gym does not exist, also, chandelure 8th: Dragonspire tower/All of the ice types you just got. Lux Aeterna
Also, keeping relevant with the gen 5 talk, the most recent gym leader I fought was the toughest--the only one I lost to: Clay. But when I used strategy, he was easy enough.

Lux Aeterna
Fanfic, huh. lol excadrill Naw, a story about ESP that's been buzzing around my head like an angry jellyfish. His last pokemon's hone claw + bulldoze made mincemeat of my Victini and Tirtouga. And at a certain about of hone claws, he OHKO'd everyone but my Musharna. But Musharna's hypnosis made him shut up. TheEnd
Emonga. Two of them. Edit: Also, Aloe is easily the hardest for me. Stupid Retaliate. Oh, so Emongas are an issue now? I thought they weren't in Elena's case. You were using Victini and you lost. I can't imagine how humiliating that is. It's Lux.
Lux Aeterna
You were using Victini and you lost. I can't imagine how humiliating that is. I don't use him as a lead. Nor am I strategic when it comes to Pokemon, I just use brute force. So when Victini was sent out, that pokemon had already hone claw'd three times. Victini can't OHKO that pokemon with flame charge, but did decent damage, before he fell.
_____
Oh, so Emongas are an issue now? I thought they weren't in Elena's case. No, I'm saying that Elesa's Emongas detract so much from her overall difficulty that she's easily one of the weakest. Everyone knows that Drayden is the best character in Black and White, anyway. It's Lux. But Victini is easy mode.

Lux Aeterna
why would you not send out a pokemon who is super effective against him I had Tirtouga out, actually. lux they gave you mewtwo at the start of the game and you lost this goes beyond bad Why do you think I said godawful? _____
Why do you think I said godawful? Like I said, get over it. Actually, in retrospect, the fact that you just attack everything with brute force is pretty evident from any games I've ever played with you. Chalis
I sent out Cottonee for everything. Wrecked everyone's toilet seats.

Brute force only really works if you have a good level lead. Like 5-10+. But here are two things you'll like to know, Lux: 1. Super-effective moves can cause a lot of damage. 2. Stat-boosting moves usually give a +50% bonus on the base stat per stage. So, a Swords Dance (+2 atk) gives +100% attack. No, I'm saying that Elesa's Emongas detract so much from her overall difficulty that she's easily one of the weakest. Everyone knows that Drayden is the best character in Black and White, anyway. Ah. But they are somewhat troublesome if you go there expecting to clear the gym with ground moves. Jawbeard. I see your point. I'm a godawful gamer, get over it. This is a different issue altogether. I sent out Cottonee for everything. Wrecked everyone's toilet seats. Lilligant -> Quiver Dance -> lol Edited April 1, 2011 by TheEnd
