But you see, I didn't photoshop it; I hardpatched the Blume hack and made a hacked Arthur. Turns out the evade formula was nerfed there, and I don't know where or how formulaes are stored in a rom. The extra 16 are probably support (Leaf, since I changed Finn as I didn't remember where the army data was when I started changing stuff) and leadership (Evele/himself). I guess I could photoshop it, though. Boring option, but well.
