Azel/Tiltyu means Thorhammer (chapter 8)/Falaflame (chapter 10). I don't know if Gungnir becomes droppable if you pair Beowulf and Fury, but... even if it were, it wouldn't be worthy it anyway.

You'll want to pass down bows (Killer Bow, Hero Bow, Partia) to Lester, so Jamka and Midayle are the best options for Adean. They're pretty much the same; same skills, little difference in growths, minor Ulir. That unless you want Lester to use Holsety or something, as he can become a Master Knight too.

It's recommended to give Nihil to all your kids - well, except Sylvia's, since lolrosario (and Corple can get the Dain Shield from chapter 7 if you want to use him in combat). And Ayra already has Nihil herself.

But either way.

Ambush is useful. Attack first when AS > opponent's. Nice for speedy characters like Lakche and Sety.

Sword skills can trigger during Ryuuseiken.

Rosario gives all non-sword skills.

Valk Staff gives +5 to all stats but hp/str/luk, so pair up Claude with someone. Even if the resulting son can't use staves at all.

I suggest Holyn x Sylvia if you want to allow Leen to fight; Gekkouken + A rank swords.
