Is the Gamecube disc reader replacable now-a-days or will I have to rely on my Wii from now on? I like having more than one home consoles to fall back on. Another reason for me to hate the region lock... is that 3DS Video Capture card I'm gonna have to install in a future 3DS... "Japanese 3DS, or US 3DS" to try and break? The few times I played were because others asked me to. Disc readers are infamous for their low durability. My Dreamcast, Gamecube and Wii get problems, but my PS1/2 have lasted for ages.
