Leptor promotes to Baron. Anyway, since they don't list the growths here...I can't help much on deciding who should go with Hilda. Blume has Ambush and Leptor has Wrath. On Megaman X Collection, I saved the game at Sigma's last stage, and when I reloaded, it came back to Sigma's first stage and I lost my Hadouken and all the energy in my 4 sub tanks.. You're basically taking a lot of the shenannegans (such as RNG manipulation, etc) and also taking away stuff you don't actually have to do for ranked. Bam, speed run. Personally I'm not fond of the Z-saber for X if you've got the Arm part... takes too long to charge it up. I prefer it without the arm part.
