Maybe he did something serious only known to staff, and do you even know his warn level? Unless I am missing something here, don't be hasty. It doesn't but it's still not changing the fact that it's VERY likely he was banned for his warn level. The suspensions he's been getting should pretty much tell you that he has a high warn level.
