It was a really awesome way to make EXP and money, especially once your team went past level 60 and the Elite Four were too underlevelled for you. Sure, you can only face Secret Base people once a day, but having level 100 teams to face (I had around 3-4 of them) is definitely something I wouldn't say no to in regards to training.
