Which is why I gave Dew a speed ring (and sold it back to Lex after the battle). The rapier was because of accuracy (+20 over Ragnarok). Damage is roughly the same. He had like 52 physical attack with Ragnarok and a Power Ring, and 53 with Rapier (and the ring, obviously). You'd need a Magic (or Return) ring to get better magic damage. But either way, the issues are 1) attack speed and 2) accuracy. Doubling is a must, and even with Lex's support Dew would only get 60-and-something accuracy with Ragnarok...
