This along with Jill leaving in PoR if she talks to Shiharam in chapter 20 is one of the only two instances in the series where you can lose a character not in battle Ohhhhhhhhhh, that one. I see. I would recommend God Hand Kevin for the healing and Poto Oil use, Vanadis Lise and Nightblade Hawk. You won't have multi-target Heal Light but as long as you stack up on Poto oils, AoE heals shouldn't be a concern.
