THAT'S NOT HIGH TIER. D: It's why he's not high tier. If he's high tier on any tier list that isn't for masochist FE6 playthrough, the person running the tier list is insane. Also, he's only forcing you to use the Pegs if you want to go Ilia because you fear Sacae like a scared kitten.
