Also she does come close to capping a few things and with a good scroll like Fala and Sety.. Olwen = amazing. Olwen's a wasted of time, just go for Eyrios. Better on other characters? Most of your units will be capping stats without scrolls. Olwen needs those scrolls the most. So she should be getting them.
