Fire Field might be tough to get kills on, but otherwise it's easy. Green Plant is annoying to me since I get passed on in the last area with the tubes in the middle of the fucking track. I usually get 5th. Casino Palace is alright, just don't speed up too much at the second fork. Lightning isn't that bad as long as you keep some health before the lasers.
