The same applies for the scenario where I don't give a damn about the status swords. I don't think sleeping Julius will stop his HP recovery, THAT is the issue, it makes the blasted thing too tedious. Anyway since that's out of the way, I conclude that Celice Solo is definitely possible. Don't think I'll do it though >_>. If you doubt it, just bring up instances where you think it'll be impossible and I'll find a solution.
