On the top of my head: 1-19: random collectibles, from organs to jewels, decals, coupons, jewelry, ores and more. 30-39: sets I didn't complete yet. 20-29 and 40-60 something: uniques, tons of them. Most of my inventory is indeed fully stocked in charms to protect myself, with a few of them being skillers, +life, etc. as well. Most of them are rare, but there's a total of 7 unique charms and a few of them do have resists. I'm only missing one ( The Unknown Hero ) and I have a few doubles. Didn't really play competitively, but the whole "2 games in 1" feel it had was awesome. Also 2nd generation introduced awesomeness like Houndoom, Scizor, Gligar (Ground/Flying for the fucking win), Tyranitar and Skarmory.
