Pride Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 People have certain motor habits that don't transfer over to different characters like we'd want them to whn we're under pressure, or at least I do. For example one of my first reaction to somebody tapping my shield as Wario is to jump out and dair/whatever I want to them, and it's a borderline reflex. This works with Ness because it's a similarly safe move, but you can bet your ass it doesn't work with Snake or DK for obvious reasons. It's plain tough to shift your focus between what one character really wants to do in situation X to another. Put much better than I could say. On a sorta related note, curse you, FRC Icespike.
