_____
I don't know if you'll be able to run even No$ reasonably, then. ;-; Damn my parents for being so stingy. They acknowledge that it needs an upgrade. They certainly have the money. Why not get a new one? My PC is also 5 years old and it runs nocash just fine. Well, I have no idea how to work nocash. Mine's two years old, and it works find, besides some sound. : P Try it. No baby is going to get cancer because of it. Two years is rather new. 5 years? Yeah, not really. Colonel M
I have a computer that's over 8 years old... and kind of "died" this year. (Actually we just removed the wireless router, but might as well be dead).

In all honesty, my PC is 4 years old and rather fine... except that my brother built it with the best he could find at the time. Pre-made PCs are often considerably worse. By the way: don't upgrade. Get a new one. Feel free to reuse your monitor/keyboard/printer/etc., but... if you want a better PC, get a new CPU. Your motherboard can't deal with things much better than you already have. What error do you gte with No$?

Change the backup media type to fit the rom you're using (trial and error if you have no idea). Don't try auto, it doesn't work. Then options -> save options, close emu, try again. The NDS doesn't even have auto, but it's a NDS rom, so, I guess it's obvious...

TheEnd
Hey, it worked. Why would the backup media thing be set to 'None', anyway? Back in my youth, most cartridges actually lacked a battery. Maybe there are still some like that, etc.

Icon of Sin
I've stopped playing Diablo 2 though. I should study. I started back tonight on /players 8. Fucking ghost cows are a pain in the ass, then I get a nice helm to make a runeword, but when I use the Socket Donut formula, the skills it gave were different ( +2 Creeping Doom was now +3 Earth Spikes, which I don't use ). I'm mostly just trying to gather some stuff for my Barbarian, namely The Grandfather and the LoD Stormshield.
