Nayru's Bay. It's been a long time since I played it, but I think I can find the location for you. If you did Nayru's Bay then Din's Catacombs should be your next dungeon. There's a few entrances: one in the cemetary and I believe there's one in the misty forest. Also that dungeon is always dark.
