Warp someone else to take care of the ballistae and Dean can get the Dragon Lance easily. Have your tanks block the exits, preferably with armor slaying weapons. Also watch out on the last few turns since Dragon Knights and Dark Mages will pop in from the south and east side. Visit 3 house inside the city to get to 14x ( Eda's good for that ) and have Nanna visit Homeros. If you're into that you might even want to have him fight in the arena a bit, promote him as soon as possible and give him the Resire you get in the bottom right house.
